Terms of Service

Article 1 Purpose

This Terms of Service is intended to regulate all matters related to the conditions and operation of services provided by StyleAI Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 Definitions The definitions of key terms used in this agreement are as follows:

  1. Member: A user who has agreed to the Company's terms, provided personal information, completed member registration, entered into a service agreement with the Company, and uses the service.
  2. Service Agreement: The contract between the Company and a member related to the use of the service.
  3. Member ID ("ID"): A unique combination of characters and numbers assigned to each member for identification and service usage.
  4. Password: A combination of characters and numbers selected by a member to confirm their identity and protect their account.
  5. Company: The entity that operates and provides the service.
  6. Termination: The act of canceling the service agreement.

Article 3 Content and Responsibility

  1. Content Ownership: Users acknowledge that all content, including files, materials, data, text, audio, video, images, and other content ("Content"), uploaded, posted, or otherwise provided through the service is solely the responsibility of the user who created or uploaded it. The Company does not claim ownership over user-generated content, and all liability regarding copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal issues remains with the user.
  2. No Pre-Screening Obligation: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pre-screen, reject, or remove any content but has no obligation to monitor, pre-screen, or censor any content, including user-generated content. By agreeing to these terms, the user acknowledges and accepts that content moderation is at the Company's discretion, and the Company is not responsible for content posted by users.
  3. Data Storage & Responsibility: The Company is not responsible for the deletion, accuracy, or failure to store any user content. Users acknowledge that the Company may impose reasonable limitations on file size, storage space, and processing capacity, as detailed on the Company's website.
  4. Use of User Data: By accessing the service, users consent to the Company's collection and use of data as outlined in its Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that the Company may collect technical and usage data related to their device, software, and system for service improvements and compliance purposes.
  5. Data Security & Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding data protection, and they must ensure they have obtained all necessary permissions before uploading or sharing data. The Company implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or breaches.

Article 4 Service Usage Hours

The service is available 24/7 unless maintenance or technical issues require a temporary suspension. In such cases, prior notice will be given unless circumstances prevent it.

Article 5 Termination of Service Usage

Members may terminate their service agreement by submitting a termination request through the customer support system. Upon member withdrawal, all associated data is permanently deleted after seven (7) days. If the member was the owner of a team, the team's data is also permanently deleted after this period.

Article 6 Team Deletion and Data Retention

  • Free, Individual Plan:
    • Team deletion recovery period: 90 days
    • Brand learning model: Deleted after 90 days
    • Brand learning data: Deleted after 90 days
  • Enterprise Plan:
    • Team deletion recovery period: 1 year
    • Brand learning model: Stored for 1 year before deletion
    • Brand learning data: Stored for 1 year before deletion

Article 7 Refund Policy

  • Monthly Plan:
    • Non-refundable: Monthly subscriptions are billed based on usage and are non-refundable after payment.
    • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription, and no further charges will be incurred after the next billing cycle. However, the service remains available until the end of the current period.
  • Annual Plan:
    • Within 14 days of purchase:
      • Full refund available
      • Refund processed via Stripe, and subscription is immediately canceled, reverting to Free Plan
    • After 14 days of purchase:
      • Non-refundable
      • Service remains available for the remainder of the contract period
      • No automatic renewal after the period ends; account reverts to Free Plan

Article 8 Exemption & Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from user-generated content, including but not limited to intellectual property violations, defamatory material, or illegal content.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims resulting from their content, actions, or violations of this agreement.
  • The Company is not responsible for security breaches, system failures, or hacking incidents beyond its reasonable control.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions This Terms of Service is effective from 01-01-2025
